Hardware requirement for Data Guard Observer in dedicate Host

Hi Team,

We are planning to implement FSFO. we decided to have 2 dedicate HA observer on Primary and standby region.

We need to know the hardware requirement to run the observer on dedicate host.

As I know we need to install oracle client or Oracle EE to run observer.

Please share hardware requirement to run the observer (on RHEL hosted on AWS).
