nVision drill not automatically downloading

When drilling in an nVision report, Peoplesoft browser opens for you to sign in, the Run Drilldown page opens up, and we click Run Drill for one of the available drill layouts. Used to be that the page would show the status of the drill being run. So it would show initiated, queued, processing, and then success. Once it was successful, the drill report would automatically download where users could click on it.
Now, after we click Run Drill for one of the available drill layouts, the drilldown page doesn't show the status of initiated, queued, processing, or success. It is a blank page. The report does run however. The drill report is no longer being downloaded automatically. Our workaround is to navigate to Report Manager, click the report that was just completed, and click the link to the report. Then it is downloaded.
