Ren Server is not showing the Requisition and Purchase Order from Print to Window

People Tools 8.59.19

Below issue coming when trying to Print Requisition and Purchase Order

Unable to Connect to Ren Server" While Running Reports to Window.

however we can retrieve the reports from Report Manager.

PING Test to Ren Server is success

Buffer Test for REN Server is success.

Please advice how to fix this issue.
