Comments when creating Disputes, notes, etc are not being saved if saved, it is with error.

Dear EBS Experts,

We would like to seek your expertise again on the error we are facing with regards to not being able to save "Comments" being created on disputes, transactions level, unapplied, payment promises, etc. If in case it is saved, it is with an error as attached.

For Disputed, specifically, the comments can be saved but there is an error, thus, it is still in vain.
