Can we create a work order in EAM without selecting an asset number?

Hello, I have come up with a scenario where I have 4 assets of same asset group under 1 contract and I want to create a work order in order to generate Invoice for the contract, but I can't restrict the work order of that whole contract on a single Asset. I was wondering if we could create a work order without assigning an asset number to the work order as there is no "*" sign with the field of asset number in Work order page of Oracle EBS 12.2.11.
