JRNL1 Upload Spreadsheet macros aren't working with MS 365

Compatibility between Excel 2016 and Excel 365. Several users were upgraded from MSExcel 2016 to MS 365 and now the buttons don't work on the JRNL1 spreadsheet.

Has anyone seen this problem and how did they remedy it?
