In PeopleSoft FSCM, Why the link for View All Journal Lines in Journal Approval page not working?

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

I am navigating to Pending approvals page from My Worklist Items tile. Opening a Journal pending for approval. On that page there is a link 'View All Journal Lines' which is hidden by delivered People Code.

We have requirement that approvers want the link in journal approval page to see the Journal lines in detail and then approve it. I activated the link 'View All Journal Lines'. But it's opening the Journal Entry page in Read only mode which is not allowing to submit the approval for the journal. Now the journal approval page is fluid page and journal entries page is classic PeopleSoft page. Which could be a reason behind that issue. Is there any way that we can open Journal entries page clicking on the link from Journal approval page and approve the
