Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Do you have to be on PUM Image 48 to Apply the 2023 1099's

We are on FSCM 9.2.47. When requesting a patch for the 2023 1099's, we were informed that we had to be on image 48.

Patch 35823868: 1099 UPDATE FOR 2023

This is my first time doing 1099's and I was informed that these were stand alone and not image dependent?

Any help is appreciated.
