Custom insights - Inquiry

Hi Team -

Anyone tried creating custom insights?

We made sure that the following security aspects are met:

• User has access to the search index

Navigation: PeopleTools -> Security -> Permissions and Roles -> Permission lists (Search Groups)

• User has access to the dashboard

Navigation: PeopleTools -> Search Framework -> Assign Dashboard Roles

However, even with all the necessary security access, our end users are encountering the error below.

The error is not encountered when we grant them the delivered role PeopleSoft User (PTPT1000). It's not an option for us to grant them this delivered role since it has more access than what they need. Does anyone know which particular security parameters we need to implement in order for our users to access insights?
