Billing emails

Hello, 

I'm wondering if it's possible to send Bills out to multiple Contacts or to define multiple email addresses for a customer contact. I've tried adding a contact for a customer and marking them as receiving a courtesy copy but we're not seeing an email generated for the courtesy copy. I'm wondering if there's a configuration I missed or if there's something we need to do to get bills set to send to additional email addresses?

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2. Tools 8.60.07.
