DYNROLE_PUBL not working after PT upgrade

Hello PeopleSoft Gurus,

Please help me! We recently upgraded HCM to PT 8.60.07 and since then the DYNROLE_PUBL process has not worked. The Directory setup is fine and test connectivity is successful, when running the role rules process it is completed successfully but no dynamic member is retrieved from MS Active Directory. Run 'Test Rules' from Roles do not pull any dynamic members, however when I run Search Directory from Enterprise Components>Directory Interface I was able to pull the AD's member from a role.

I compared the LDAP configurations between the old HCM (role rules working) and the upgraded HCM, they are identical. Oracle Support is unable to provide a solution so far.
