Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We have an requirement, in Invoice batch against matching closed PO and projects.

The personlization is to verify the data, then popup the message based on the result.

We use WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger, but it's popup message 4 times and above .

Please tell me how to control it to once.

We followed the DocId but still getting global variable error
