Oracle SOA Suite (MOSC)

While Installing SOA Suite the following error is thrown

During the installation of SOA Suite version 12.2.1.4 version On a windows VM hosting a Virtual Box in which Oracle linux version 7.9 OS is installed the Error :---- Self extraction to /tmp/orcl8527944435121927594.tmp failed is thrown when I try to unzip the SOA quickstart jar , even though I have properly configured java environment .What could be the probable issues.

The logs says :-
