Tins not showing up on 1099 IRS file

After applying the PUM with 1099 for 2023, the IRS file is not showing the TINs for the suppliers. It appears encrypted, but its weird is only between 1-3 chars in all cases. This shouldn't be encrypted at all. It does show our company TIN though. The PDFs are fine as well.

Wondering if anyone else experiencing this issue?
