PeopleTools 8.60 Upgrade

Dear PSadmins/PS Consultants,

We are planning to upgrade the tools version from 8.57 to 8.60 for HCM 9.2. In CPU's and support perspective is it good to go for 8.60 which is a year older or better to wait for another version 8.61 to get utilize Oracle CPU support period?

we have Elastic search as well.

Need your suggestions and inputs based on your 8.60 installation and usage with better experiences or any issues faced with 8.60 in this. Thanks.
