Dear Sir,

I have a below issue which is stuck whenever I process the batch elements processing, or another service request in Oracle Ebs R12.2.10 version.


The concurrent manager defined to process this request is not active in the current work shift. The request will not be processed within this work shift. 


Contact your system administrator to verify that the concurrent manager work shifts are defined correctly.
