Payment Transmission Configuration: Your Attempt Has Failed

Hi lads,


I'm configuring the a payment process profile to transmit payments to the bank. Despite having set up both public and private key files on both the bank and client sides, the ping remains unsuccessful. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Moreover, this Manage Transmission configuration screen is experiencing issues and is unable to connect with the bank's SFTP server.
