Cobol Licenses - how to import xml format

PeopleTools 8.57, Financial 9.2.021

Cobol DEV HUB 6.0 and Cobol Server 6 on Linux.

Requested and received Cobol Licenses for Compiler/Runtime and Runtime but they are in XML format.

License Manager errors when manually importing. It works with *.mflic file extension.

This situation is even described in Step 4 of E-COB: How to Install the License For Micro Focus Visual COBOL for Linux? (Doc ID 2641133.1). But doesn't give instructions.
