SQRs Fail to run with Process Scheduler

Hi,

We recently upgraded the PeopleTools version on one of our environments. The upgrade was from 8.59.09 to 8.60.09. After the upgrade, the app fixes (PeopleTools compatibility patches for 8.60) were also applied. After that I tried to run a couple of sample SQRs to make sure all process types run correctly. All process types are good except for SQRs. Any SQR I run, I get the following error:

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCISessionBegin(RDBMS) error 1017 in cursor 0:
   ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

The sysadm and people accounts work fine. I can run SQRs through SQR wrokbench. It's just when you run SQRs through process scheduler, they do not run and produce the above error.
