SQL query to include disputed transactions in AR Dunning Letters

I added dispute amount and dispute date columns in the seeded data model for Collections Send Dunning Letters report. But on generating the output report, it does not show the above columns.

Also, it does not include those transactions which have disputes created against them in the Collections Workbench.

Can anyone please help me with the SQL query to resolve the above issue?
