Has anyone had keyboard shortcuts stop working when upgrading to Tools 8.60?

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 / PeopleTools 8.60

After upgrading from PeopleTools 8.56 to 8.60 our keyboard shortcuts have stopped working. I've reviewed the accessibility guide and didn't see any specific setup there, as well as turned on screen reader mode, it still did not work. Has anyone had their keyboard shortcuts stop working with Tools 8.60? If so, what needs to be changed to get these working again?
