This is process ARX33000 - BI Publisher. The wording that I need changed isn't on the template associated with that process, it's in the email. Email Dunning Letter.
Summary of the new functionality:

- A new Email Statement checkbox was added to the Extract Dunning Letter info run control page and Print Letter Run Control page.
- The default of the new checkbox is unselected.
- When the checkbox is selected, in addition to the BI report delivery (i.e. Print) for the dunning process, it will also automatically email the correspondence customer’s dunning letter in an attachment and send it to the correspondence customer’s
