Repeatedly generate Delivery Status Notification (Failure) to system email

When PO is cancelled, an invalid vendor email address is provided, such that our system email account continous receive email with subject "Delivery Status Notification" in every 2 minutes.

Could we set the time interval for receving this kind of email to 30 mins instead of 2 mins ?
