About Oracle Internet Directory Standalone configuration

I am trying to install Oracle Internet Directory(OID 12.2.1.3) in standalone mode on windows 2022 machine. On the windows 2022 machine I just installed OID and as part of it OracleDB also got installed.

Oracle home location is - C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\

Domain home is - C:\Oracledomains\base_domain. (base_domain is the name I gave)

For Repository creation I used Oracle database(19c) installed on an other windows 2022 machine.

After installation below are the steps I followed when the error occurred -

On one windows command prompt

C:\Oracledomains\base_domain\bin\startNodeManager.cmd

On another windows command prompt
