Our chartfields are not inheriting correctly when doing IntraUnit transactions

We are on PS 9.2, Tools 8.58.19. We use Fund Code and Budget Ref as balancing chartfields, and are trying to set up the system for IntraUnit processing when transferring assets from one Fund Code and/or Budget Ref to another. We have THAT part working. The system creates the balancing rows correctly, with the correct Accounts, Fund Codes and Budget Refs. The problem is that the other chartfields used, such as Department, Class Code, Program Code, and Project are not being inherited and are blank on the journal entry.
