How to make a connection with Oracle Wallet through connector DBUM 12c?

Hi

I need to perform an integration of a new Cloud DB on OIM 12c which will be used the connector DBUM 12c, but I had a meeting with DBA team and they told me that I need to make a secure connection with Oracle Wallet and that configuration must be performed on client side (on OIM server), please may you share any document that can to solve this use case?
