Restrict Purchase order from responsibility

Dear Expert,

We have 5 inventory organization and 5 separate responsibility for each Inventory org and 1 responsibility for Procurement Buyers. Every responsibility has purchase order summary form. all responsibility can access all POs created in this instance. Operating unit is one for all 5 inventory organizations .

Requirements.

Only procurement responsibility can access all POs , Inventory org responsibility need to be restricted to only there respective PO`s. how this requirement can be achieved.

For example PO # 1 and ship to org is A . PO #1 one can be visible to responsibility A and Procurement other 4 responsibility can access PO#1 .

Purpose: to secure sensitive contracts and purchasing
