Datamover or SQL Script that populates AP_TILES_GROUPS table?

Hi, we're setting up Operation Metrics for AP. We've built the required materialized views, but there are several not returning data due to the AP_TILES_GROUPS table being empty.

I believe this table is supposed to be pre-populated with either a datamover script or SQL script. Can someone provide the name of the script or how to get this table populated with the correct data?
