Help on PeopleTools patching compare report

Hi All,

We are currently on PeopleTools 8.58.11 and applying the tools patch 8.58.23.

After applying the database patch, I have compared the project PATCH858 to one of my non prod environment to bring back the customization.

I am seeing the below differences but am not able to understand if I need to take any action at all for document schemas.

Please advise.
