xml link function registry not working after PeopleTools patch

Hello,

I have applied PTools patch 8.58.23 and xml link function registry is not working afterwards.

In old Ptools instance - 8.58.11 same is working fine, only getting error in the new tools instance.

Invalid portal name Portal in request.

Portal not defined. Unable to process request with an invalid portal.

Invalid node Node in request.

Node not defined, or URI setup incomplete. Unable to process request with an invalid node.

Browser test result:

8.58.11 - http://ampfinasd2vn.xyz.com.au:11614/xmllink/F1TST/Excel_Journal_Import_22?userid=PSBATCH&pwd=xxxxxxxx

Input DTD is returning properly.

8.58.23 - http://ampfinasd2vn.xyz.com.au:11414/xmllink/F3TST/Excel_Journal_Import_22?userid=PSBATCH&pwd=x
