How can I configure the WorkFlow so that it sends a notification a only person?

Hi

I have the following Request ID 371127, Use case is when request the assignment of a new roles it is created the requestID and then automatically it receives a notification (email) to the first level of approval which is the Manager (Antonio Romero – Direct Manager) of Beneficiary and also Supervisor (Minerva Badillo – Manager of Manager) receives the same notification. My question is: How can I configure the WorkFlow so that the Manage only receives the notification and not the Supervisor?

I have attached the Use Case.docx with my explanation.
