Getting a SQL Error on clicking for a dynamic prompt

Hi,

When I click on the prompt of Pool id field with a specific value of pool id on my page,

I am getting an error as below.

A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.

And if i click on Ok for the above error then i am getting the next error as below:

an error has occurred which requires that this page be cancelled. (15,4) a previous error message has been displayed showing an error from which the component processor can not recover. you must cancel the current page and select it.
