PeopleSoft HCM career page not loading properly | Showing Press Control+M to start dragging object

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM career page is not loading properly from the external network but it loads fine internally.

Someone from the external network gets the below page.

The career page is not loading some JavaScript and CSS files.


Chrome developer tool is showing error code 500

We tried to restart Weblogic and cleared the HCM cache too.

The security team is looking into firewalls if a firewall is blocking those.


Any suggestions?
