Notification composer bugs?

We're upgrading to PeopleTools 8.60 Financials Image 49 and turned on Notification Composer but noticed some of the Notification events don't generate emails properly. Voucher Denial doesn't seem to send emails and when looking at a trace, it's calling an event that doesn't exist anymore as we told the conversion to Preserve Existing AWE Configuration.

We were able to do a work around by changing the notification target from "Requestor" to a Userlist, but this is really inconvenient to have to create a new user list to send an email to the document originator.

Has anyone else run into similar issues, or are we just on the bleeding edge?
