Keyboard shortcut to Open/Set Focus on the NavBar

Is there a Keyboard Shortcut or sequence I can use to open the NavBar? One can Tab/Shift Tab to it eventually but it seem a nice shortcut to open the NavBar or put focus on the Universal(?) Header would be really helpful and I am surprised there isn't one.

Checked PeopleBooks but nothing really noted about actually opening it that I could see:
