How to display Maintenace Page even though my IBM web server and weblogic server are running.

Hi All,

In our environment, The request from PIA travel from LB -> IBM web server -> Weblogic servers.

whenever IBM web server get down, we started seeing *Maintenace page*

My question is :-

How we can display the maintenance page with the help of PeopleSoft even though LB -> IBM web server -> Weblogic servers are up and running.
