How the OPRID field Population in JRNL_HEADER happens in PeopleSoft General Ledger

Application Version: 9.2, Tools Version: 8.57

How the Oprid Field population happens in JRNL_HEADER record in the below scenarios.

1) When creating a manual Journal.

2) When running FS_JGEN process by any user/Batch

3) When running GL_JRNL_SYS process by any user/Batch

Is the App Engine Process have the code to populate the OPRID field to the current user? (i.e. Kind of an Audit Oprid, if it is an MJE, it would be the created user id or if it is created by any process, then the batch user id with which it ran)

Kindly help if the OPRID population in JRNL_HEADER record is driven through Program level or any alternative..
