Mail Status = NULL & Status Closed & Canceled

Hello Folks,

Im facing issue with workflow mailer, user find the notifications exist on the homepage worklist normally but mail not sent

I checked below document

Why Notifications in WF_NOTIFICATIONS have mail_status NULL and Status OPEN ( Doc ID 1549691.1 )

And find that user have a valid email (he receving mails normally but sometimes not) and I find his notification preferences = MAILHTML

Also I checked table WF_NOTIFICATIONS and find that all rows which have mail status = NULL are with status (Closed & Canceled)

Are this normally and any inputs why this happening?
