I would like to delete both my Oracle and Oracle Cloud accounts.

Hello!

I would like to delete both my Oracle and Oracle Cloud account. I tried to ask a question in the Cloud Customer Connect but that did not work and I kept getting an error with not being able to change my username even though I had already changed it. I hope here I can get soem real support and get both of these account deleted and closed.
