Sellable and Orderable ind as N for regular item and Merch Ind - Y

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

We have regular items with Sellable and Orderable ind as N , Merch Ind - Y. The records failed the DC tool validaton and throws error as " Failed SELLABLE IND constraint - Sellable indication must be Y" What is factor/column/condition which determined whether the item should be sellable and orderable.
