Can PeopleSoft Integration Broker Web services cater for use of OAuth2 for authentication?

We are currently running on PeopleTools 8.59.12 but in the process of upgrade to 8.60.07. We are using basic authentication for both CI Based Web Services (WSDL) and JSON Rest based Web Services incoming and outgoing. We want to change authentication to use OAuth2 for both types but not sure what is possible and where to get guidance on this.
