Account unlink for user

Hi, we are using OIM 12.2.1.3 and integrated with target system AD,EBS and AS400. Now I have a requirement to unlink accounts for all these target applications from Account tab in OIM. I want to keep user ID in target system, but want to unlink and make empty account tab in OIM. I need to do this functionality automated, like I don't want to run DB query to unlink manual. Please suggest way forward how can I achieve this?

please share your knowledge to do this. Its very important task for me.
