Is there a way to add date timestamp on iExpense document attachments?

Hi all. I have a question for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.

We have a requirement from the business to add a datetime stamp for iExpense attachments. From what I can see in EBS, the last update date field is shown for attachments in iExpense but it does not include the time. Is there a setup that can change that or is there some personalization required? Or is this requirement not feasible in EBS R12?
