Oracle EBS(R12.2.9) Workflow event not able to trigger the concurrent program.

Hi Team,

Reg: Oracle Payment Business Event Issue

We are facing issue with the workflow event trigger, once the main program completes the event will be fired and it triggers few concurrent programs which is not happening constantly.

This is an Intermittent issue happening at present.

This is a 19c RAC environment(3 nodes db) and 3 nodes apps tier.

Any suggestions on this.
