Callbacks created even though they are not enabled on dunning plan

Hello,

We are using R12.2.9.

We have recently created new dunning plans and have chosen not to enable Callbacks.

We previously had some historic dunning plans, whereby the Callbacks were enabled, however these Dunning Plans have been made inactive.

Whilst configuring the new dunning plans and running the set of concurrent programs as advised in the implementation guide (i.e. IEX: Create Dunning and Broken Promises Callbacks). New callback tasks have been created against transactions.

Can you explain why these have been created, even though they are not enabled on the new plans (and we have not run the new plans yet)?
