Help with migrating from existing LDAP to secure LDAP

We are currently using LDAP in our Solaris environment and now there is a push from the business to migrate to Secure LDAP.

I don't have much experience with LDAP so I am looking for as much information and help as I can to get started and work out a plan.

Any assistance will be appreciated. Let me know if you need more information.
