Why is "pskeymanager -list" displaying all certs with same date?

Hello all,

We are currently using PeopleSoft 9.2 on PeopleTools 8.56.26. We are in the middle of PeopleTools upgrade to version 8.60.06.

In our current environment when we run "pskeymanager -list" command from the piabin folder under the weblogic domain it returns the certs with the date they were imported. The same command in the 8.60.06 PeopleTools returns all the certs with the same date (current date when the command was issued). Anybody noticed this? Is there a solution for this or are we missing something in our setup? Your help is much appreciated.
