Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I am getting error message when I ping gateway URL

https://nuat-vip.lfg.com:443/PSIGW/PeopleSoftListeningConnector

No Response or Response not in proper MIME format from Gateway URL Post. (158,10829)

where else if I remove the -vip from the url ( https://nuat.lfg.com:443/PSIGW/PeopleSoftListeningConnector) it works fine. I verified the PSFT_EP default node is working fine.

my question is why i am getting error message when i use https://nuat-vip.lfg.com:443/PSIGW/PeopleSoftListeningConnector URL. I want this URL should ping. Can anyone help me here.
