Cancelled PO line not returning to Autocreate

Greetings!

Guys We are facing issue regarding cancelled PO lines, Whenever user cancel the po lines or cancel po from header then PR lines not returning to Autocreate, and some times those PR marked as cancelled status, and this issue is only on production enviorment the same error we replicate on test then this functionality working fine. We recently upgrded application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
