What is the criteria for naming a stock location in Oracle EBS?

In Oracle EBS, What is the criteria for naming a stock location, how many characters are allowed? For example if I want to name- 'PAN.T.02.5', In this case how many characters are allowed in total and for each characters between the '.' what is the maximum count of characters that can be alocated?
